What is your return policy?

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Be in unworn and unused condition.
Be in its original packaging.
Have all original tags attached.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags or packaging may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether your return is approved and proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.

Please contact us before sending any item back to initiate your return.

Can I get a refund?

Yes! You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and has the original tag attached.

How long does shipping take?

Orders within Beirut are delivered within 1–2 days, while orders to other areas in Lebanon typically take 3–4 days.

PREORDERS take around 2 weeks to arrive.
